Timings and Shipping

When does my order leave?

Orders received before 10:00 am on any day - excluding Friday, Saturday and Sunday - will be dispatched the same day.

All orders received after 10:00 am will be shipped the following day (excluding Friday, Saturday and Sunday).

During sales periods , holidays or special events such as, for example, " Black Friday ", processing and delivery times may vary due to the significant increase and accumulation of volumes.

How does shipping work?

We ship our products, prepared and packaged, inside customized cartons with shock-absorbing packaging that guarantees the integrity of the product during transport.

How long does shipping take?

Biancofioreshop delivers directly to your home in 24-72 hours.

Payments

How can I pay?

Payment for the price of the products and any shipping and delivery costs, if any, must be made using one of the methods indicated during the purchase phase in the “payments” step. In no case will the Customer be charged costs higher than those actually offered, in relation to the payment instrument chosen by you.

1. PAYMENTS WITH CREDIT CARDS

Biancofioreshop accepts the following payment methods by credit or prepaid card:

  • American Express

Upon confirmation of the transaction, the amount will be charged immediately. Financial information, such as credit/debit card number or expiration date, will be transmitted securely via an encrypted protocol. This data will not be accessible to third parties and will never be used by biancofioreshop, except for issuing refunds in the event of returns or for fraud prevention, where necessary.

Once the funds are available and the data is entered correctly, the transaction will be authorized instantly. The order confirmation will be sent via email, and the purchase will be processed immediately, depending on the availability of the products in stock.

2. PAYPAL

PayPal is currently the safe and commission-free payment system.

Upon confirmation of the transaction, the Customer will be directed to the PayPal site to complete the payment of the relevant amount, which will be charged immediately. For security reasons, biancofioreshop only accepts payments from verified PayPal accounts.

Through Paypal you can also pay with credit or prepaid cards:

In case of payment by credit card on Paypal, the financial information (for example, the credit/debit card number or its expiration date) will be forwarded, via encrypted protocol, to Paypal without third parties being able to access it in any way.

Furthermore, such information may never be used by shopbiancofiore except to issue the relevant refunds in the event of any returns of products, following the exercise of the right of withdrawal, or if it is necessary to prevent or report to the police the commission of fraud on the Site.

If the funds are sufficient and the data is correctly entered, the transaction is instantly authorized and the order is confirmed by email. The purchase will be processed upon receipt of payment, subject to stock availability.

Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

shopbiancofiore ships worldwide.

In accordance with current international trade laws, the shipped goods are accompanied by an official invoice or DDT with a receipt declaring the total value of the purchased goods in the same currency as the original purchase.

The processing of each order, after confirmation of the availability of the items and verification of the bank transaction, occurs on average within 48 hours of receiving the order itself. Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday from 9 to 13, excluding holidays.

Shipping costs vary depending on the order amount and the shipping country.

The indication of delivery times is to be considered purely indicative, and shopbiancofiore cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances not attributable to it, such as, by way of example and not limited to, weather conditions and customs controls.

During promotions and sales, shipping delays may occur.

If, for any reason, a package is not collected by the customer, the shipping costs and any customs duties related to the automatic return will be deducted/withheld from the refund due to the Customer. Upon delivery of the goods, the Customer is required to carefully inspect the package before signing to confirm receipt of the same. Packages prepared by shopbiancofiore are always carefully sealed.

If the Customer receives a box that has been opened by Customs or the Courier for authorized external inspections, the same must be closed with a guarantee or control seal affixed by the institution. If the package appears tampered with or the original adhesive tape is not intact, the Customer is asked to sign for the receipt of the package with reservation or to refuse delivery of the same. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, the Customer is required to open a complaint with the local office of the courier and to promptly contact shopbiancofiore at the email address tuorlobiancofiore@gmail.com . In the event of a tampered package and accepted without reservation by the Customer, it will not be possible to accept any complaints.

All customers, by placing an order, establish a commercial relationship with shopbiancofiore and undertake to accept delivery of the package relating to their order. If a package is not delivered to the Customer's address for reasons attributable to their lack of cooperation (incorrect/incomplete telephone number, incorrect/incomplete address, absent recipient) or if the customer refuses delivery, the package is returned to the sender at the Customer's expense.
