In the Light of the Sun
During the day they are free to roam outdoors, kissed by the sun that fixes vitamin D on their bones and improves their health, on meadows rich in alfalfa.
They breathe fresh air and at dusk they return to the covered chicken coop.
Food
Quality
They eat corn, soft wheat, barley, oats, beans and sorghum, grown locally and chopped to improve digestibility. They also peck at pebbles and grasses that the earth offers, useful for promoting the formation of the eggshell and the assimilation of cereals.
